Very nice super app place with a nice view just a little bit away from the center 25 min walk and no sunbed rental in the residence tennis pool and a city park just next to supermarket 3 min

Cockroaches, heat and noise: a complicated stay
Our experience in this holiday apartment was quite negative and disappointing. From day one, we noticed the presence of cockroaches in the bathroom, something totally unacceptable in an accommodation intended for tourists. In addition, in the bedroom we also found ants, which considerably affected our comfort and feeling of hygiene.
Another major problem was the heat inside the apartment. During the midday hours, the temperature became unbearable due to the lack of adequate ventilation, which forced us to leave on several occasions to cope. This greatly affected our experience, especially traveling with young children.
To worsen the situation, on Saturday night the social club of the complex becomes a discotheque, generating a noise so loud that it was impossible to sleep. The nightclub closes around two in the morning, which deeply affected our young son’s sleep and made it difficult for us to rest throughout the night. We tried to close the windows to isolate the sound, but doing so increased the heat inside the apartment, further complicating the rest.
On the other hand, we would like to emphasize that the reception staff was correct and polite throughout our stay.
Despite these drawbacks, Cullera is a beautiful place, with a sea and mountain environment that we loved. We regret that the accommodation was not up to scratch to fully enjoy our stay.
In short, despite the good location and natural appeal of the area, we would not recommend this apartment for families with young children or for those looking for a quiet and comfortable place to rest. We hope that steps will be taken to improve these conditions.

All very well and in good stead. Except for the reception lady, it was a complete edge with all of us, banging at the table, yelling at us, speaking very rudely and snapping our fingers very rudely to call us. It cannot be that a person who works in front of the public is so extremely unpleasant.

sauna without air conditioning
Apartment with sparse.equipment. 3 spoons, 4 forks, 4knives, plates idem. 2 pans, 2 saucepans, a drainer, a board. A spoon, fork spatula,
There are no claws, not even scissors.
NO AIR CONDITIONING, SAD FAN.
We got a second floor and just below was the bar restaurant, we asked for a change of floor and we were told k no....
Let's go that an unbearable heat added that we had k have it all open.... A HORROR FOR REST.

SUPER IMPORTANT ADVICE, take parking or eat your car after 1 hour looking for desperate parking we begged for a place, first we were told k there was no, then for the next day and at the end they behaved and we found parking ️,
Good thing, because we were thinking about leaving, cars climbing on sidewalks, the police taking away poorly parked cars that impeded traffic.
I will return but not yet apartment k does not specify air conditioning.

Apartment "Tell me" with beautiful sea views.
The apartment is very well located. At the end of the promenade of the village of Cullera, on Raco beach. The views are spectacular.
Nearby there is a supermarket, a couple of places with takeaway food and in the same urbanization a cafe-restaurant (we do not use it) for breakfast, lunch or dinner, open from 9am to 1am.
It is an apartment from 1981. As it is, since then they have not made any improvements in it, well the refrigerator is more current and the washing machine. It also has a microwave. The kitchen is butane. The casseroles, pans and so on... better not count, at least they were clean.
The furniture is what the construction company gave when it sold it, confirmed with neighbors who own flats there.
Awkward mattresses, unpinned bed heads to the wall, so if you went around in bed some night of sticky Mediterranean heat, it moves and makes a noise...
The sofa and the armchair very uncomfortable. The sofa is supposed to be a bed, we don't use it, but I don't want to think about what it would be like to sleep there. In the living room there was also a “tell me” fan, with the grille rusting... good thing we haven’t had very hot days.
The blinds go up to a crank that works that way, without curtains in the rooms.
There are two bathrooms: in the big one, with shower, the water shoots out like a sprinkler, every time you flush the toilet, or the next door neighbors do, the pipes sound like a storm. The small bathroom we barely used because it smelled terrible. Both in low light.
As for the sheets and towels, they are clean, but so used that they have become gray and semi-transparent.
The pool is big, but there are a lot of people and the water is so hot, when we were coming down my son said: "Let's go to the pot."
The master who delivers and collects the keys, when he receives them only tells you: "Thank you." At no time do you ask how about it, because the poor man must hear every story...
