Great location

We've just come back after staying here for 3 nights. It's in an excellent location if you want to be in the heart of the town.
The room was lovely and the bed very comfy.
The breakfast was great, fresh and lots of choice. The dining area is a lovely place to sit and take in the views with both indoor and outdoor seating.
We were here on a business trip but would definitely stay here again.
Loved watching the sunrise whilst enjoying my morning coffee.
Stay were lovely too.

Another fantastic stay !

This is our third visit to this beautiful hotel located in a prime position in Denia . As always an amazing welcome from Raul and all his lovely staff. Room was exactly as pictured on the hotel website, clean , spacious and beautifully decorated.Double doors opened onto a large bathroom . Breakfast buffet very good and we love the " Honesty Bar" . We look forward to another visit .

DISAPPOINTING experience

Our experience was very disappointing. The room they wanted to assign us did not correspond to the photographs published on Booking.
The worst part was the treatment received from the staff, since far from trying to solve the problem, they did not offer us any alternative or the possibility of relocating us to another room, only cancellation, so we were forced to cancel our reservation and with it our summer vacation that we had planned for so long.
I believe that the images of the accommodation should faithfully reflect reality and that the customer service is not empathetic at all and quite arrogant; terrible experience.

Wonderful hotel

Excellent hotel, very well located, very clean and with wonderful decor, the beds can not be more comfortable and comfortable , friendly staff and very varied and exquisite breakfast , super advisable!!!

Hotel perfectly located in the city center! A magnificent pool

Hotel perfectly located on a pedestrian street in the heart of the city, close to restaurants and shops. Spacious and very well-equipped rooms. And what can be said about this small rooftop pool with a magnificent view of the sea! Its main asset!
Just a small downside for the gentleman at the reception who is not the most friendly...
