Quality, gastronomy and human value per flag.
Superior. Anyone who wants to celebrate an event, a wedding or a family gathering in this wonderful space of the Hotel Bruc, will not regret it. The new rooms (they are renovating with great enthusiasm and effort) are more than right. Comfortable mattress and spacious rooms. Spectacular and simply great food. The attention, which is often left in the background or directly forgotten, both in practice and in reviews, exquisite; truly exceptional and above excellence, outstanding. Magdalena, Ricart, Paula, Valentin, Victor... Thank you all; he left me names... but not bad to have known these people during a stay of only two days and seems to have known us all our lives. That's priceless. You got a problem? They do what it takes to solve it. Need something particularly specific? They help you get it. I repeat, that is not happening anywhere, let alone today. Value and human quality above all else. Few, very few examples remain in Barcelona if this is not the last of its kind. A place to always enjoy and remember. With all our love, we wish you many years working in this wonderful way. Thanks for everything. Recommended at 200%. We'll meet again. We thank you again for everything.

Unfortunate
Very unfortunate, we had no bath gel (empty dispenser, no bath gel either. No radiators or heat pump working (we went cold)
The regrettable rooms, the entrance door with damage and nothing safe. Doing works in the morning in adjacent rooms.

Nothing recommended!!!!
Hotel not recommended:
filthy rooms with a bad smell, only leave you as "welcome" a bottle of water for two, and with an unprofessional staff, the first thing that make you hide your room; it is a hotel-maze that they have hardly restored probably since it opened; and as a icing the elevator worked at times during our stay, and we had to carry suitcases down the stairs without any help from the staff.
The only positive is the landscape with beautiful views of the mintala of Montserrat.

The property is old so you cannot expect up to date on everything. The were in a remodeling , main elevator was out. Noisy from construction. They had a party in one of the halls which was loud in our room until late one night. While the meals they had were pretty good and very reasonable in price We were told Buffett menus s for meals . Sunday no buffet.
