The apartment was modern, clean and spacious. The staff were excellent, showed us around and pointed us to wvertrhing we needed.

Don’t stay here! A beautiful apartment complex destroyed by an ignorant owner.

So imagine a beautiful new-build apartment with all the modern accoutrements one might need for a long or short stay, within a 3 mins walk to the beachfront and surrounded by great bars and restaurants within walking distance. Picture sleek IKEA kitchens, fast Wi-Fi and beautifully comfortable beds all with convenient digital access and a touch-free arrival experience. That’s what awaits you at K’ou’ohana Fuengirola… and it might seem perfect but for two downsides, one of which you can’t ignore. The first is there’s absolutely zero parking nearby that doesn’t come at a significant cost and that assumes you can find it. The second however, leaves a bitter aftertaste: the owner. He’s decided to shack up in apartment #1 on the ground floor with access to the atrium that connects to multiple other apartments above. Here you have the luxury of hearing his TV blaring (or his phone) into the small hours of the day, his smoking of cigarettes deep into the night, the pleasure of this Jack Russell dog barking in the tiny tiled courtyard and the delicious aroma of his cigarettes permeating the night air as you try to sleep atop beautiful linens and soft cushioned pillows. An early riser, he loves nothing more than to move around the patio furniture in the atrium first thing in the morning before clearing his throat for all to hear and hosing down the tiles as if to wash away his belligerence for all to hear. But don’t bother to complain as the workers enslaved by this utterly selfish individual hold no sway over his arrogant occupancy as they are “just following orders” when it comes to his ignorant disruption of an otherwise pleasant stay at the beautiful seaside resort of Fuengirola. If you end up with a street view, this could be good, otherwise let’s face it, you’ll end up doing as I did and try your best and hope for a refund and an early departure in the desire to get some sleep. Avoid at all costs and don’t be swayed by the decent marketing - this place is a trap.

One of the best and cleanest appartment we ever stayed in.The host the staff wonderful.Location just a few minutes from the beach restaurants shops etc.I would highly recomend these Appartment for a long or short stay Towls everything very high quality

Fantastic

We had a three-bedroom apartment. Rarely have you found such a clean apartment and everything was possible with the owners. The apartment is located directly behind the boulevard of Fuengirola. Towels etc. are all provided. Communication with the host went smoothly and we always answered within fifteen minutes. I would recommend everyone to book this apartment.
