Very good experience

We stayed at the Costa Verde Hotel and the experience was very positive. The location is excellent, in the heart of Gijón, ideal for walking around the city. The staff was very friendly and attentive throughout.
One detail we were very grateful for was that right around the corner there is a very cheap parking lot, something difficult to find in the center.
We had a little setback when we ran out of toilet paper, but they resolved it quickly with total kindness.
Bottom line: good value for money, close treatment and perfect location. Fully recommended.

BUEN HOTEL

It is nice, the room has what you need, comfortable bed, good shower, everything very clean. It has no fridge or safe, The location is very good, close to downtown, 3 blocks from the bus terminal, the port is reached by walking too. The communicating cafe is very nice too. There is no elevator, to enter the first time (because there is no reception 24 hours) you pass a code to your mobile, then you are given a card. The first night we could not enter because the card was bad, luckily it was not late and we were able to access the cafeteria and they solved our problem but please note that it closes at 10 pm. To improve : the towels and put candles on the light tables, but we had a great time.

The 4 nights we have been very good.

The hotel was very well located, we could move wherever we wanted, it was very central, the hotel was very clean, the receptionists were very nice. It was 2 minutes from the bus station to the hotel. The restaurants we went to were close to the hotel and very well priced.

Comfortable hotel for a short stay

Small hotel, in the center of Gijon. Small rooms, but comfortable and clean. Great for a short stay. It is close to tourist places and the beach. Breakfast varied and at a good price. For one drawback, the small beds

Pleasant place in Gijon

Very nice place. Good restaurant connected to unit and operated by same people. Close to shopping and historic distance. Think 10 min walk or so. Note that there is no elevator and rooms are one floor up (or mine was, I don't know if they have any on higher floors). Also there is no air conditioning. Not normally an issue in Gijon, but something to consider.
