Convenient and quiet location.

Small hotel (maybe 12 rooms or so over 4 floors) with modern decor. Checkin was friendly and welcoming. In the reception area there is a communal fridge (no mini fridge in rooms), and an area to make tea with a selection of small parties and some fruit is available free of charge. There is also a vending machine if you want a quick coffee or hot chocolate (€0.9).
There is a lift.
Room is clean and the bed is comfortable. Pillows are a little hard but if you want to change them for softer pillows it can be arranged at reception. Room has aircon that works very well and is quiet. There is no safe in the room.
The hotel is located in Cimavilla with its many bars with terraces. Importantly the hotel is located in a narrow quiet street so there is no noise disturbance.
Overall - good and I would return.

Disappointed

Absolute disappointment.
If you accidentally press the button, the windows cannot be opened, so you turn on the air conditioning because the heat is suffocating and you start to smell an impressive stench. I will not return.

The hotel is good but the main desk was unmanned. We experienced difficulties on arrival and had to speak with someone via intercom who must have been at another location. We finally identified an envelope with my name on it and then struggled to gain access. Similarly, when leaving, we found the front desk unmanned.

Just need to get rid of the smell of cigarette smoke……and consider installing a fridge.

The room is bright. Lacks storage space. Especially in the bathroom. The previous occupiers smoked in the room. We are not smokers and are very sensitive to cigarette smoke. It say’s no smoking on the door of the room. It would seem that the hotel does not have a way a cleaning a room of the smell of smoke.
There is no fridge in the rooms. There is room for a fridge.
The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful…..
