Regrettable stay.

Terrible, everything is old, dirty, a spring mattress from 30 years ago, a dirty sofa, no sheets. Old bathroom, bad smell, bathroom cabinet full of used bottles, brushes, the television loses signal and is barely visible. Old, dirty kitchen.
Overall, everything is very damaged.
I do not recommend it at all.
On a scale from 1 to 10, I give it a 1, for the friendly treatment of the young man who welcomed me.
Quality - Price a Zero.

Don’t bother unless you’re sure.

Terrible if you rent the wrong apartment. The management do nothing but look after the site. Our apartment was about as run down as it could be . Stains on the bed ( over70%) explained as coffee !!! We know it wasn’t. Had to go out a buy covers to protect ourselves , disgusting. No one on site to complain to so left after two weeks of a five week stay. Asked for refund but hold little hope.

will certainly return

close to all amenities...short bus or taxi ride to los cristianos and San blas...the premise grounds are kept immaculately clean and tended by diligent friendly staff..bar on the premises is tended by amazing friendly courteous people...love them all ...bar prices are fair and the snack food is good quality and fairly priced..pool is warm clean and well attended..

Disappointing

“Superior” apartment (it will be on the 3rd floor without elevator...), quite friendly and correct telephone reception staff. The rest of the services leave a lot to be desired. Apartment rather scraggly, old and run down. Balcony door that does not close, elevator that does not work, cleaning, although it was clean, sparse on a daily basis (they did not make the bed, they did not carry the trash...), nothing to see the images of Booking with what you actually find. For... quiet and quiet. We won't repeat.
