Fabulous hotel
We also want to thank you for the treatment received in the restaurant and during breakfast, always attentive, helpful, and with a big smile. The quality of the food and the variety of the breakfast were wonderful.
It has been a real pleasure staying here. Without a doubt, we will return in the future and will recommend it to family and friends. Thanks to the whole team for making our stay so pleasant!

Mixed stay
The main negative point concerns the reception. We were received by Paloma, whose attitude was very unpleasant, and Alvaro did not show himself to be particularly warm. Fortunately, the rest of the staff, notably Pablo as well as the other members of the team, were professional, pleasant, and helpful.
The bedding is a real strong point: the comfort is excellent and we slept very well. The breakfast is also of very good quality, with a wide choice of products. A big thank you to the department head and his entire team for their professionalism and their efficiency.
On the other hand, the general maintenance of the hotel could be improved. The pool is much too small for the establishment's capacity, and the price of the parking reserved for guests is really high. A revision of this price would be appreciated.
The hotel's location is convenient for visiting Granada, which remains a positive point.
In summary, a decent stay thanks to the comfort of the room, the breakfast, and a large part of the staff, but the welcome upon our arrival and certain aspects of the hotel deserve to be improved.

Nous regrettons que l'accueil à votre arrivée n'ait pas été à la hauteur de vos attentes. Votre commentaire nous surprend, car les membres de notre équipe reçoivent habituellement de nombreuses appréciations positives pour leur professionnalisme et leur attention envers nos clients. Malgré cela, nous prenons bonne note de votre ressenti et le partagerons avec les responsables concernés.
Nous sommes également désolés que la piscine et le tarif du parking n'aient pas pleinement répondu à vos attentes. Concernant le parking, nous nous efforçons de maintenir un tarif aussi ajusté que possible, en ligne avec, voire inférieur à celui proposé par d'autres hôtels et parkings de la zone. Quant à notre piscine, située sur le rooftop de l'hôtel, ses dimensions sont conditionnées par la structure de la terrasse. Elle a été conçue comme un espace permettant de se rafraîchir tout en profitant des vues panoramiques sur la ville, et ses caractéristiques sont détaillées sur nos différents canaux de réservation afin de garantir une information transparente à nos hôtes.
Nous sommes néanmoins ravis de lire que vous avez apprécié le confort de votre chambre, la qualité de notre petit-déjeuner buffet ainsi que l'attention et le professionnalisme d'une grande partie de notre équipe. Vos compliments à ce sujet sont une véritable source de motivation pour l'ensemble de nos collaborateurs.
