Speed

We booked the same night at 11pm for a group of 17 people and the truth is that everything went quickly. It is in the center with paid parking nearby and everything is on foot. Super clean and does not lack anything (washing machine, hair dryer, air conditioning, microwave, oven and etc.) I recommend it 100 x 100

Scam

Attempted scam. We were a group of friends one weekend. The apartments are not bad. The problem came when bail was returned. He made up excuses and lies not to try not to bail us back. Something like this has happened to me in my life. I don't recommend it to anyone.

No contact

Hotel in the center but no contact with staff. I sent 5 messages on Whatsapp but no response. Wi-Fi non-existent and also luggage storage. The apartment is modern and the towels found inside are ruined and stained.

Maintenence and Better Communications Needed

Though this apartment was conveniently situated, it was very noisy all day and into the small hours of the night, from the traffic and street activity. The windows of the bedroom were poorly fitted and so let much of this in unnecessarily. In the kitchen, various equipment was in poor condition, or absent altogether, and the worktop had been used by previous occupiers as a chopping board, whose marks were plain to see. The biggest issue was communication: you will never speak to a person unless it's the cleaning lady, and they don't always answer the phone.

Spacious and Central

We stayed on the first floor overlooking the main road, which was a little noisy, but also busy and interesting.
The flat was spacious, modern and equipped with everything that was needed.
The location is great. It is central to the most attractive and lively parts of the city. The Alhambra is not far, but is uphill, so there is a convenient bus if preferred and you can always walk back downhill.
The bus to the airport stops nearby, and the staff are very happy to help explain how to get about and give advice and recommendations on where to visit.
