Wonderful experience, Jaime served us.
Jaime served us with great politeness and exquisiteness. His treatment is fabulous, he explained the dishes to me in great detail and recommended the tosami with mango, which was very delicious. A pleasure to come here for dinner and be served so well. A 10, I totally recommend it, Jaime thank you very much for everything. You have made us feel like princesses!! Brígida

Outstanding hotel with staff and facilities second to none
My partner and I have just returned from an incredible 4 night stay at this beautiful hotel. We cannot talk to highly of all the staff from the moment we arrived until we left. Nothing was a problem and their warmth and friendliness did not stop what was 100% service delivery.
The facilities are beautiful and the breakfast room and rooftop terrace and spa all amazing.

5-star hotel and service
The rooftop has a great view and perfect for aperitif.
The staff is friendly and helpful, and assisted us with a carpark. The concierge recommended the restaurant at Mirador is also perfect for sunset viewing of Alhambra

Luxury Perfected in the Heart of Granada
My partner and I stayed at Palacio Gran Vía for one night, and from the moment we arrived the experience was nothing short of exceptional.
Having stayed in many five-star hotels around the world, I can genuinely say this is a destination I would highly recommend.
From the moment we pulled up, every detail was handled flawlessly. Our car was taken away and parked in the hotel’s secure underground parking, allowing us to begin our stay completely stress-free. Check-in was seamless, and we were welcomed with complimentary drinks before being invited to choose the fragrance for our room—jasmine, of course.
The staff were outstanding throughout our stay: warm, attentive, knowledgeable and always one step ahead, making us feel genuinely valued as guests.
The room perfectly blended contemporary luxury with Andalusian heritage and early 20th-century elegance. It was immaculate, beautifully appointed, exceptionally quiet, and equipped with every comfort you could need.
We enjoyed both lunch and dinner at the hotel, followed by drinks on the rooftop terrace. The quality of the food, presentation and service was outstanding—easily of Michelin-star calibre.
After spending an unforgettable day exploring the Alhambra, we wondered whether anything could top it. Returning to the hotel and sinking into one of the most comfortable beds we’ve ever slept in somehow managed to do exactly that.
Palacio Gran Vía delivers luxury without pretension, combining impeccable service, beautiful design and an unbeatable location. We left wishing we had booked for longer and will certainly be returning.

A serene sanctuary in the heart of Granada...
We stayed at the Barcelo Royal Hideaway – Gran Palacio de Gran Vía for four nights and were genuinely impressed from the moment we arrived. Although it’s set within a beautifully converted former bank building right in the centre of Granada, the atmosphere inside is remarkably serene and calm — a real contrast to the lively streets outside.
The staff were consistently warm, welcoming, and helpful, striking that ideal balance of professionalism and friendliness. Our room was beautifully appointed, and one particularly thoughtful touch was the nightly turndown service, where we were offered a choice of fragrances to scent the room. It added a quiet sense of luxury that felt both personal and memorable.
The rooftop terrace bar is a standout feature, offering spectacular views of the Alhambra — a perfect place to unwind at the end of the day. The hotel’s location couldn’t be better: almost opposite the cathedral and just steps from shops, cafés, and restaurants, making it easy to explore the city on foot.
Overall, this is a refined, peaceful base for discovering Granada, with excellent service and some truly special touches. We would happily stay again.
