Family vacation
This is the second time I have stayed at the Hotel Turia and if I were to return to Granada again, I would definitely repeat. Everything is great, from the service, the facilities, the location, the treatment, everything is a 10. I must highlight the waiters we had throughout the week, José, Claudia, and Souad, they are 10/10, how lucky we were to have found you there, you made our week very pleasant and we felt right at home. It's a shame we didn't see Yolanda and Javi from the last time, but we had a super, super good time.
I recommend it 100%. We couldn't have made a better choice. It was a family trip for the 4 sisters together and you made everything super easy for us and treated us as if we had known each other our whole lives. I won't say goodbye to you, but see you soon. And thank you so much for everything. A hug

Underwhelming disappointment, would not recommend
We had an overall unfortunate experience here at Hotel Turia Granada for several reasons.
Firstly, despite the March weather being merely in the 60s F, the room we were assigned was terribly hot and stuffy. What made this matter worse was that the hotel dictated the temperature, and whether or not air conditioning could be run and to what degree. Opening the window provided no relief. It was also extremely loud outside and made sleep nearly impossible.
We switched to a second room, which was cooler. However, the bathroom was infested with ants. Even after calling in staff to address it, the ants persisted.
Finally, we were switched to a third room. This was also cooler, and on a quieter side of the building. With an open window, we had a decent night's sleep. However, there were silverfish in the bathroom of this one, and the bathroom had clear water damage and a cracked toilet.
Overall, this hotel is extremely tired, and in need of maintenance. We had tried to leave immediately after checkin, but refunds were not allowed. The only bright spots were Eva and Maria at the front desk, who tried to help us by switching our room twice.

Everything perfect
We have spent 3 nights and 4 days. We booked a standard room and upon arriving at the hotel they told us they had given us an upgrade at no extra cost. We had breakfast included and everything was delicious except, in my opinion, the pancakes. Everything else was great. They are super attentive and the service is unbeatable. If I return to Granada I will definitely stay again

Great team work
I had the pleasure of meeting a great group from the front desk. Everyday I would ask for their expert advice to get around town and travel outside of Granada. There advice was on point. A special shout out to Eva for always being super nice and caring.

Great Value and Convenient Transport Links
Excellent location. The bus stop (line 33) is right outside the hotel entrance, which is extremely convenient. You can easily walk to Plaza de Toros, the Albaicín, and most of the main attractions.
Friendly and helpful staff.
