Magnificent experience to repeat!!
First of all, the human element is one of the greatest assets of the Spa in all aspects. All the staff are very professional, but also very friendly, cheerful, empathetic and always attentive to the needs of the client in all Departments.
The truth, and it is not often, is that there is no exception in everyone we have met, starting with Carlos Yubero, the director and following with Inma the head of reception, very attentive to our needs. And so do her collaborators Sandra and Laura.
In the Spa also another great team, starting with the responsible Leticia , following with her “second”, Alma, and with Sagrario, Juanjo and Sandra . Lovely staff.
To finish an essential aspect, the dining room and the kitchen, where Gema and Nuria have cooked us very good dishes, highlighting their appetizing stews. In the dining room, first of all, your manager, Montse, very good organizer, kind and loving, seconded by a very good team, Charity, Agnes, Rocio and others whose name we do not know.
About the facilities we love, they are excellent, clean and relaxing!
And what to say about the surroundings, Hervás and its many surrounding routes in a splendid nature, especially this autumn.
That said, we hope to enjoy all this soon. Thanks to the Salugral teams.

Recibir una valoración como la suya es, sinceramente, uno de los mayores reconocimientos que puede recibir todo el equipo de El Salugral.
Después de una segunda estancia de 10 días, saber que vuelven a elegirnos y que siguen sintiéndose “como en casa” nos emociona especialmente. Han descrito exactamente lo que intentamos construir cada día: un balneario donde el factor humano marque la diferencia.
Transmitiremos con enorme cariño sus palabras a Carlos, Inma, Sandra, Laura, Leticia, Alma, Sagrario, Juanjo, Sandra, Gema, Nuria, Montse y al resto del equipo. Comentarios así dan sentido a muchas horas de trabajo y dedicación.
También nos alegra profundamente que hayan disfrutado de nuestras instalaciones, de la gastronomía y de la naturaleza única que rodea El Salugral y el Valle del Ambroz, especialmente en una época tan bonita como el otoño.
Gracias por confiar nuevamente en nosotros y por compartir una valoración tan humana y especial.

Negative experience.
The pool that is part of the spa is public, which was a surprise for us and implies that the concept of a spa, which involves relaxation and tranquility, is not fulfilled. Especially on weekends, it fills up with families and children who use this facility like any other pool and not the relaxing pool that one expects in a spa. Children run, jump, play, and block the jets to splash around, so they cannot be used for their intended purpose; parents are making them splash... moreover, they bring food and drinks to spend the day... what I mean is, it's a day at the pool... There is no supervision or control over what happens in the facility.
Additionally, the treatment facilities are dirty and need maintenance. The jets in one of them are clogged and dripping down the walls.
The jets in the pool only turn on for 2 hours in the morning and 1 hour in the afternoon... furthermore, this pool, although it is inside the spa, those of us who have booked the spa have to pay €24 to access it during our stay, and... this was not explained to us beforehand. If we had known that the pool does not belong to the spa and that it is public and that we also have to pay to enter... we definitely would not have come.
I repeat, the best-rated aspects are the environment and the staff, who are all true professionals.

Lamentamos que su percepción de la experiencia no haya sido positiva, aunque nos gustaría aportar algo de contexto sobre nuestro concepto termal.
En El Salugral, los circuitos no están planteados como un simple acceso libre a chorros o piscina, sino como una experiencia guiada por personal especializado. Cada fase está pensada para que el agua termal actúe correctamente sobre el cuerpo, ayudando a relajar la musculatura, aliviar tensiones y preparar al cliente para una sensación final de descanso profundo en la piscina termal.
Entendemos que cada persona puede tener expectativas distintas, pero nuestro objetivo es ofrecer una experiencia de bienestar ordenada, segura y orientada a aprovechar las propiedades relajantes y descontracturantes del agua.
Asimismo, queremos señalar que nuestras tarifas y servicios son públicos, transparentes y consultables antes de la reserva, sin costes ocultos.
Seguiremos trabajando cada día en mejorar y renovar nuestras instalaciones, manteniendo siempre la esencia de un lugar histórico en plena naturaleza del Valle del Ambroz.

Bad memory
The meal is served at table, chosen from two courses, the day before
I had a fall and I broke both my wrists and it could have been worse, I had a terrible time, I'm still with aftereffects

Lamentamos sinceramente el accidente sufrido durante su estancia y esperamos que se encuentre mejor.
Queremos señalar que, dentro de los programas de termalismo, cada usuario pasa previamente por una valoración médica en la que se indican los tratamientos recomendados y las posibles limitaciones, con el objetivo de adaptar la experiencia a sus circunstancias y garantizar la máxima seguridad.
Durante el incidente, nuestro equipo actuó de inmediato para asistirla y evitar consecuencias mayores, demostrando una vez más el compromiso humano y profesional con el que atendemos a nuestros clientes.
Sentimos que este episodio haya marcado negativamente su recuerdo de El Salugral. Trabajamos cada día para ofrecer una experiencia termal segura, organizada y cuidada, especialmente en programas con necesidades específicas como el termalismo social.
Agradecemos que, pese a lo ocurrido, haya destacado el encanto general del lugar.

Poor organization
And in the pool only the jets work 2 hours in the morning and 1 in the afternoon, so if you go unknowingly you only have a normal pool.
Anyway a disaster and a shame because the place has charm.

Lamentamos que su experiencia no haya cumplido sus expectativas, especialmente tratándose de una visita en grupo.
Nos gustaría aclarar que el funcionamiento de nuestros circuitos termales se organiza mediante turnos y control de aforo precisamente para garantizar la seguridad, el bienestar y la correcta experiencia de todos los usuarios. En determinados momentos y grupos organizados puede producirse una mayor afluencia puntual en vestuarios o piscina, algo que intentamos gestionar del mejor modo posible desde el equipo.
Respecto a los chorros termales, estos funcionan bajo supervisión y horarios programados porque forman parte de un tratamiento guiado, diseñado para aprovechar las propiedades relajantes y descontracturantes de nuestras aguas termales antes del descanso final en piscina.
Agradecemos, en cualquier caso, que destaque el encanto del entorno y las instalaciones. Seguiremos trabajando para mejorar la experiencia de nuestros clientes y adaptar nuestros servicios a una demanda cada vez mayor.
