The apartment was lovely. It was spacious and clean and really well located for restaurants and shops. Highly recommended.

Good location, poor customer service after check-in

I wrote this on Booking.com and they only published the good points!
Excellent central location, walkable to cafés/restaurants/shops, surprisingly quiet at night despite being on the main shopping street, clean and spacious lounge, reasonable bedroom.
Poor Entrance presentation: Being greeted by cleaning brooms stored visibly against the wall made the first impression feel more like a utility space.The apartment looks more attractive in the listing photos than in reality.
Kitchen: The cheap plastic bin looks out of keeping with the rest of the apartment and makes the accommodation feel less finished.
Bathroom: The vanity provides some enclosed storage, but there is almost no practical counter space for guests' toiletries. I used the kitchen colander to keep my things together!
Lounge: no side table near the sofa, so drinks/snacks have to go on the floor; no cushions, making the sofa uncomfortable.
Customer service: messages sent on arrival weren't answered promptly. The cushion request was answered only the following day and the cushions never arrived. The Netflix question was also not dealt with properly.
Overall: good location and acceptable accommodation, but several inexpensive, easily fixable details would make a significant difference. The finishing touches don't match the impression created by the photographs. Poor attention to detail rather than poor accommodation. The apartment isn't fundamentally bad. In my view, the management neglected the small things that make a place feel comfortable and professionally managed.

There are far better alternatives.Communication with owner-operator difficult.Rooms very basic.Very noisy AC and leaking water.
Bed very small.The area is generally nice but very noisy.

BEST IMPOSSIBLE

Simple and simple EXCELLENT, the cleanliness, location a few meters, of the nuns square, in the historical center....., the facilities, living room, kitchen,...... sofa bed, customer service totally as if it were physically with someone, unbeatable location, full center, easy access application, is that it has absolutely everything, something to improve?, nothing, it is improveable, practically impossible, and that we were in loft apartments, the smallest, I do not even want to think how the most spacious will be.

Es un apartamento situado en el centro, perfecto para moverte andando a todos los lados. Está nuevo, y es muy funcional. Fue una estancia muy agradable.
