The Best Experience Ever⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Excellent experience at Core Rooftop Ibiza.
The food was exceptionally delicious, the atmosphere beautiful and elegant, and the service outstanding. We have absolutely no regrets about choosing this place to celebrate my baby shower; it was the perfect setting for such a special occasion. Special thanks to Jake and his team, as well as the chef, for their warm hospitality, professionalism and attention to detail. Highly recommended for an unforgettable experience.

Excellent Hotel Core Ibiza
Excellent Core Ibiza Hotel!!! Thank you for making us feel at home. Special thanks to the breakfast staff, Martin and the other one whose name I can't remember, 10 points. At the reception, the same goes for Román and Oliver, thank you for your attention; you made our trip much easier!!! New hotel, very pleasant, excellent cleanliness. The location couldn't be better! strange hotel
I probably would not stay here again. the hotel itself was very clean and tidy and the room was quite modern and a decent size. it took ages for the room to be cleaned, we had to chase it both days, breakfast is very odd - order of a menu and get a bunch of stuff you do not want and you are not allowed to change the pastries for fruit. they must waste so much food. they also do not open the rooftop bar at night - little odd.

We stayed at the Core Hotel Ibiza during the Easter break and had a wonderful experience overall, though there is one area regarding housekeeping efficiency that could be improved.
Impeccable Quality. The hotel is spotless. We were particularly impressed with the room’s rainfall shower—it was a highlight of our daily routine. We loved the inclusion of high-quality local cosmetics and hair care from Campos de Ibiza. It’s a thoughtful touch that makes the stay feel authentic. The five-star breakfast exceeded our expectations. The selection was fresh, varied, and delicious and our server was very friendly. The reception staff were also friendly and dealt with any queries quickly and without hesitation.
While the actual cleaning was always done thoroughly, the timing was quite frustrating. On several days, we left the hotel room around 10:15 AM with the "Please Clean My Room" sign displayed. We would return after a full day of exploring at 4:30 PM only to find the room still hadn't been serviced. On the worst occasion, our room wasn't ready until 5:40 PM. This is quite late when you’re trying to freshen up for dinner.
Since it was the Easter period, the rooftop bar was closed. This made the cleaning delays harder to manage, as the lobby only offers seating. Without a bar or coffee service available to kill time, we found ourselves just waiting around in the lobby chairs. We would however happily stay here again as it's in a prime location for all the town has to offer.
