Perfect stay

I am obsessed with this hotel and the team. Rooms are super lovely,swimming pool is peaceful,drinks are great and the food is absolutely amazing. I stayed here twice in Sept 2025 and in the process to book another trip this year ( getring married in Sept and flying there the next day ). The reception staff are so friendly and professional,they made me feel at home. Margot in the bar absolutely outstanding,5 star service and at the same time so warm and professional. Hope to see you guys in less than 3 months :)

Wonderful Stay & Exceptional Staff

What truly made our holiday special was the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. I wish I could mention everyone by name because they were all amazing. The concierge team was extremely efficient and fast in arranging anything we needed.
The hotel manager also deserves a special mention. She was always around, checking on guests and making sure everything was going well. She was so kind, attentive, and genuinely interested in making sure everyone was happy and had everything they needed. You could really feel her presence and attention to detail throughout the hotel.
The rooms were very clean and perfectly cool all day. Overall, the excellent service and wonderful staff made our stay truly memorable

Amazing

We had an absolutely amazing stay at NH Collection Ibiza. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional and made our trip even more memorable.
A special thank you to Andrea, Bianca, and Gloria, who were incredibly kind, professional, and always willing to help with recommendations, reservations, and anything we needed. Their warmth and attention to detail made us feel genuinely welcome.
We would also like to recognize Ryan from the restaurant, who truly went above and beyond throughout our stay. His outstanding service, friendly attitude, and genuine care made every breakfast and meal a pleasure. He is a real asset to the hotel.
The hotel’s location is perfect, the rooms are beautiful, and the overall atmosphere is elegant yet relaxed. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay while exploring Ibiza.
Thank you to the entire team for such a wonderful experience. We will definitely be back and highly recommend NH Collection Ibiza to anyone looking for exceptional hospitality on the island.

Excellent hotel

I want to highlight the excellent attention from all the staff, without exception. I do not want to forget any of them and be unfair, which is why I do not name them. The breakfast was spectacular, just like the rest of the facilities. We will return.

Exceptional customer service at a great location

We spent 3 nights at NH and we loved it. People really go the extra mile to make sure you have the best client experience ever. Alex and his team are definitely worth this review. The rooms and location of the hotel are fantastic.
Highly recommended and we are going again !!
