A pleasant experience.

A nice place to celebrate weddings and events and to stay in comfortable and spacious rooms. The owner is very kind and does everything possible to ensure that guests feel comfortable. It is situated on a small volcano and the views are spectacular. Catering, wedding planning, etc., tailored to your needs. In short, if you want something different, you have just found it.

Shame!!! They left us lying with three kids.

Shame.!!!
We booked an apartment a month in advance in booking and once the date arrived and having already paid for it we were left lying.
Upon arrival, Our apartment was occupied and the owner's response was that we had separated the family (2 adults and 3 children) into two rooms. That they gave us a bottle of wine and that's what there was.....
We reported on booking and went to another hotel, (lucky we could find one in the middle of August at 20 pm).
Total, one lost holiday afternoon because of this lady.
I don’t think that with this attitude towards guests your business will thrive.
Polite and superb.
I DON'T RECOMMEND IT.

JUST OARA DON'T COME BACK FOR MA PROPERTY ATTITUDE

We put up a sign to change towels when we leave early in the morning, we arrive at night and the room without making, the wet towels without changing and the sachet of soap that they leave in a miserable way finished by being shared in the shower of two people in the morning.... I call the guy of the web and Cristina the owner replies that it is not a drama that will have passed it to the girl clean the room either!! THEY HAVE 9 ROOMS!!!! Such a response is typical of someone who has no intention of taking care of your business... so you will do in the future!! I never thought it could be the owner who gave me that answer... as a suggestion they could leave a paper with the wifi key in the rooms so they wouldn't have to be looking for it on some sign
q apparently in the kitchen and somewhere else in the facility yet to be discovered...

We have celebrated our wedding has been wonderful, special and above all unique, from here to thank Cristina and José along with their team not without detail, I would definitely do it again.

Atypical house very well located

We spent two nights there in the el golfo room. Nice room with fridge. Terrace with nice view. Possibility to prepare breakfast in the kitchen with all the necessary equipment. Coffee machine available. Nice pool even if it is not heated and therefore it takes a little courage to go there. High position of this house , which makes it very windy but it is worth it especially for the magnificent views
