Good location with paid parking
The Hotel is located near the city centre, about 10 minutes walking and right in front of El Corte Ingles, convenient for groceries and shopping. The Hotel provides parking at an extra cost, which is a plus as there wasn't much parking around.
The from as very spacious, as well as the bathroom. The breakfast had a selection of sweet and savoury foods. The staff was always very nice. This was a great choice, especially if arriving by car, totally recommend and would stay again!

Nice stay
Had a good one night stay. Easy to find and well located - directly opposite El Corte Ingles. There is a drop off area at the front of the hotel and the car park is around the corner underneath the hotel. There were plenty of places and a lift brings you up into reception.
Alba on reception was busy, efficient and pleasant.
Room was a good size and very clean. The bed was a comfortable double. Two complimentary bottles of water plus drinks in the minibar - these were chargeable. Kettle with tea and coffee was provided.
Huge walk in shower in the bathroom with decent toiletries and lots of hot water. Only downside was there was nowhere to put my own shampoo and conditioner other than the floor.
Breakfast had a good selection of cereals, yoghurts, fruit, ham, cheese, pastries and breads. Coffee was a machine with Nespresso pods.
There is no restaurant in the hotel in the evening but lots of restaurants within a few minutes walk. Or head towards the Cathedral - 10 minute walk - and you pass loads on the way.

Our room was not a standard queen sized bed but just a double, as room not squared shaped and a big structural pillar in the room.
It was only on our last day that I saw our booking with Hotels.com that showed we had booked a standard queen sized bed.
Wished I has looked at it before.

Staff is unfriendly and unhelpful.
The hotel is clean with nice rooms, but there is no ventilation in the bathroom and little privacy because the door is a swinging type. There are not enough outlets in the bedroom. The bar staff is rude and unfriendly. The breakfast hours are not posted anywhere. We went down for breakfast at 7, and they told us that, since it was Saturday, the service would start at 7:30. Only coffee was available, and we could not have anything else because we had a taxi at 7:40 that would take us to the bus for Madrid to catch our return flight.

A hotel located in a commercial area about 10' walk from the center and about 20 from Leon Train Station (5' taxi). Adult and quiet atmosphere. The area is very commercial (Corrte Inglés, Cortefiel, Lefties, bars and restaurants).
Exterior room (505). Desk, coffee table and armchair. Kettle, minibar, complimentary welcome water. Iron + ironing board. Spacious bathroom: shower tray, eco-friendly and qualitative hygiene products of the brand Korres (bath gel, shampoo, conditioner, hand gel body cream). Very powerful hair dryer.
The very spacious breakfast (floor -1): yogurts, granola, cereals, varied cheeses, cold cuts, bacon and scrambled eggs, pastries and miscellaneous breads, fruits, nuts, etc. Nespresso coffee. I advise to try a tomato emulsion which is 10/10. Paper press in the breakfast area.
In the lobby there is a fridge with options for snacks, salads, beers, wine and soft drinks.
