Fab!
Paid £150 for 7 nights here and consider I got a bargain. Like someone else has posted, it's actually better than it looks on the photos. The location is great - couple of minutes from the beach, the rooms are spotless and the staff are really helpful.
I had initially booked into an all inclusive hotel but when the email arrived 2 days before departure and I was allocated Hotel Grand Casino which is basically slated on here ( look at the reviews if you fancy a chuckle) I cancelled and rebooked here in a fit of panic so I wasn't expecting much but can gladly say it exceeded expectations.
I went out with 2 children for a weeks holiday with my partner joining us for the last few days. The staff were great and offered to add an extra bed in the room without hesitation. The room we had was perfectly well equipped, not your usual bland Spanish self catering type of place. Nice bedding, extra touches like flowers and table cloth, big bottle of shower gel, washing up liquid ( small things yes but made the difference). We didn't try the breakfast so I can't comment on the food but I did see people coming from other hotels to eat there day after day so it must have been ok. Water can be bought from reception so if you arrive late it's not a problem.All in all can't fault it at all for the price. Staff even have a supply of beach towels, umbrellas, balls etc you can borrow free of charge to take to the beach. Also, if you're travelling light, they will loan irons and hair dryers.
Only advice I would offer is that if you get a bus transfer and get off at the station, don't follow google maps to walk you to the place. It's only a 10 minute walk but involved going up about 20 streets. I'm not good on directions and given it was dark, took us 40 mins. Much better to leave the station, head to the beach, find the town hall and then google map it again from there. 10 mins but only 3 streets to negotiate!

They cancel our reservation due to overbooking the night before
They canceled our reservation the day before entering because more rooms had come than they had. And we had made the reservation two months in advance.
He stressed that it was the night before and therefore there are only two options.
1. They sold more rooms long before and did not deign to let us know until the last day.
2. They sold the room again the day before we went in.
Either one speaks to the lack of professionalism of this accommodation.
To be totally avoided.

Good Location, Decent Price
This aparthotel is in a good location, very close to the main shopping street and a 5 minute walk to the boulevard where you can find a plethora of bars and restaurants. We booked an apartment with a kitchen, bathroom and space for 6 adults. I liked that the apartment had a seperate entrance which made it easy to access the rooms. The airconditioning unit was also very decent.
While the apartment was good, the staff wasn't very friendly or informative. Thankfully we barely saw them. All in all it was a good stay. If you're looking for an affordable stay in a central location this is a good place to book. The apartment is also a stone's throw from all the nightlife.

good location,price and staff
The staff were really friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is just perfect, 3 min walk to the beach, 2 min walk to the main shopping street and 5min walk to the clubbing district.The beds and cushions could have been more comfortable.

Lovely
Came here for 4 days in early September for my hen party with a few friends! At first it's really difficult to find but nothing google maps can't solve. Once your used to where it is it's really easy! Convenient location right amongst the shops whilst still being back enough to get a quiet nights sleep. 5 mins walk from the beach. 5 mins walk from some lovely bars and restaurants and 15 mins walk from all the party night life if that's what your after. The hotel itself is very dated inside but kept well. The rooms are basic but clean and have everything you need. There's not much of a view as you back onto other buildings but we paid £40 each for four nights so can't complain. The staff that own it are very helpful and anything you need just ask. I'd stay here again definitely.
