Everything was perfect, spacious rooms, comfortable beds....
Location...it couldn't be better, just a step away from Laurel Street, right in the center
Parking next door
When we return to Logroño, which we will, we will repeat for sure

We were great in the center, we didn't lack anything very well, even the additional parking service!!! and the advice on where to eat very well, thank you
better during the week than on the weekend

Ideal location, great apartment!

The flat is modern, comfortable, clean, and in an ideal location, right in the heart of Logroño's famous Laurel St., with its fabulous tapas bars. We received access instructions by e-mail and even though we did not have any personal contact, we did appreciate the complimentary bottle of Rioja wine that was waiting for us in the flat. We would certainly stay here again in a future visit. ¡Gracias!

What a find!!

Fantastic apartment, clean and everything we needed for our stay. Right at the heart of the pinchos bars, a little noisy till 1am but didn't bother us. They responded to our questions promptly before we arrived Didn't get to explore Logroño as much as we would of liked due to heatwave but found everyone friendly and helpful. Wouldn't hesitate to return to Logroño and these apartments.

Didn't turn up to provide access to the property

This apartment was booked months in advance on booking.com, and payment was taken the week before arrival. We were told to pick up the keys from a car park control office on the day of arrival.
When we got there, the guard had our details to provide us with a parking ticket, but didn't have the apartment keys. He phones the owner, and there was no answer.
We spent the next two hours trying to get hold of the owner, via email and phone with no answer.
Eventually we had to cancel our booking and find somewhere else to stay. A week later we have still not had a refund, an apology or any communication with the owner.

Dear Sam. Our instructions was clear and exact. Final y a fewndaya algo we diacover You mistake the parking. One that unreason is 1km away from the parking we give you. The phone didnt recieve any call. As long as we know booking refund you all the price. Nex time more attention adress . Thanks and sorry for miaunderstood.
