Unforgettable ocean view vacation
We had a wonderful holiday at this hotel. The hotel has recently been renovated and its interiors look modern, elegant and very well maintained.
Our room was comfortable, impeccably clean and with magnificent ocean views, which made the holiday even more special. Waking up every morning with that view was a real pleasure.
The staff were always friendly, attentive and professional, and breakfast was served with a wide selection of fresh and high-quality dishes.
We opted for half-board meals and were very pleased: each evening a new menu was offered with a variety, delicious and high-quality meals. The restaurant also has magnificent ocean views, making breakfasts and dinners even more pleasant and atmospheric.
Separately, I want to note the swimming pools: the hotel has two swimming pools, one of which is heated, which makes the holiday even more comfortable at any time of year.
I sincerely recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to spend their vacation in a renovated, elegant hotel with stunning ocean views. It is the perfect place to relax, enjoy the excellent cuisine and feel real hospitality. We'd love to be back here again!

A beautiful, peaceful oasis in Tenerife
Precise Resort was honestly such a wonderful surprise. From the moment I arrived, it felt less like a typical resort and more like escaping into a quiet, luxurious oasis.
The hotel itself is beautiful, with lush tropical gardens, peaceful little areas to sit and relax, a lovely fish pond, and so much greenery everywhere. Even the lobby is gorgeous, with its own library and elegant spaces where you can simply sit and enjoy the surroundings. There was such a calm atmosphere throughout the whole resort that it genuinely felt like a proper relaxing holiday.
My room was incredibly spacious and tastefully decorated, with so many thoughtful little touches. There was a kettle and all the usual amenities, but also tiny details like a shoe spoon and nail-care items — things you wouldn't necessarily expect, but which showed how much thought had gone into making the room comfortable.
And then there was the view. The ocean view from my room was absolutely breathtaking. Waking up and looking out over the Atlantic was something I don't think I could ever get tired of.
The free shuttle into Puerto de la Cruz is also a fantastic addition, making it easy to head into town whenever you want while still being able to return to the peace and quiet of the resort afterwards.
But what really deserves a special mention is the staff, particularly the reception team. They were genuinely some of the nicest, warmest and most helpful hotel staff I've ever

Clean, spacious, quiet family suite with great service and pools
We stayed at the hotel for 5 nights and then headed south. We regretted not staying longer... We loved everything – from the friendly staff, spotless cleanliness, and varied breakfast to the beautiful ocean view from the terrace and restaurant, the lush botanical garden, and the excellent pool complex. We particularly liked the pools because they were clean, warm, and never crowded. We often enjoyed the upper pool (located in the botanical garden) completely to ourselves. Our child had the most fun playing mini-golf.
We also appreciated the attention given to children – a kids' cosmetic set and crayons welcomed us in our suite. The suite is truly spacious, quiet, with plenty of storage space and as many as 2 balconies.
Loro Parque is just a ten-minute walk away, while we took our car to the center of the charming town – the drive took about ten minutes (you can always find free parking around the hotel, and in the afternoon, close to the town center as well).
The only downside of our stay (though this is not the hotel's fault) was the smell of sewage outdoors (not in the room) – Tenerife clearly has a major issue with its sewage system.
We highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.
We also appreciated the attention given to children – a kids' cosmetic set and crayons welcomed us in our suite. The suite is truly spacious, quiet, with plenty of storage space and as many as 2 balconies.

Good but the jacuzzi can improve
It has a lovely lobby, view and amenities like golf and the jacuzzi. The only thing I would change is the temperature of the jacuzzi as it was super hot. We stayed like 20 mins and left. Another couple after us made the same comment. It was June, amazing 25 degrees outside and the jacuzzi was boiling.

A real favorite in Puerto de la Cruz
Very beautiful hotel ideally located in Puerto de la Cruz, with a magnificent view of the ocean. The establishment is perched on the edge of the coast, offering an exceptional panorama, and also has a large, very pleasant green park in the back. The staff is particularly friendly and welcoming, which makes the stay even more pleasant. The breakfast buffet is varied and of very good quality. An excellent address that I recommend without hesitation!
