Very central

Central apartment just steps from the Puerta del Sol.
Price in line with the other proposals .. only small flaw the check-in a bit 'brainy.
In any case excellent solution, both for groups of friends and families (although being in the center, area and structure quiet).

Close this site.

Sewage smell in the rooms. We breathed in that smell with my youngest daughter. There was no willingness to solve anything, both the smell and the non-functioning air conditioning. Instead of providing solutions, they deny everything; terrible experience, they should close this site.

Central and clean but...

They're well located, but some better room would take it down and put on a reception or soundproof it. Never take 001. Everyone stands to talk in front of the door to catch the elevator. The shower in this room will be “original”, but the water comes out from under the door. From what we have seen, rooms S001 and S002 are also not recommended as they are located in a basement. When you make a reservation, make it clear that you don't want any of those rooms.

SCAM and MISLEADING ADVERTISING

We feel SCAMMED. At no time were they informed that the accommodation was in a basement. All photos on all platforms have large windows, lots of light and even terraces. Our room was in a basement, with hardly any light or ventilation, with a musty smell, noise from a nearby dryer for everyone staying... no matter how much we complained, we didn't care... almost €200 per night to sleep in a basement... MISLEADING ADVERTISING and SCAM.

Deluxe Basement Apartment

The Deluxe apartment does not refer to all the apartments in the building since our apartment was in the basement (S02). Furthermore, the photos do not refer to the apartment since the sleeping area appears separate from the living room and this is not the case.
Lastly, the bathroom gave off a very unfortunate smell which was not at all pleasant at bedtime.
