Fabulous city break
A fabulous hotel in the heart of Madrid. Super spacious, clean and very comfy rooms with everything you could need, including GHD hairdryer and straighteners. Very polite and helpful staff. Lovely boutique pool area. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic Hotel Experience
Excellent hotel. Quality of the room was outstanding. Service was exceptional. Location in Madrid is impossible to beat. We had a great time and highly recommend this property.

Thank you Palacio de Atocha!
All the excellent reviews were right. This is a most excellent hotel. The room was palatial with really good air conditioning in 40C weather. The breakfast served by menu was amazing, especially the fresh croissants! It is ideal in location yet in a calm quiet environment. The staff was very helpful. When we come back to Madrid, we will be here.

Perfect Madrid Stay, Highly Recommend
Me and my partner just got back from a wonderful few nights at CoolRooms Palacio de Atocha and honestly I cannot recommend it enough. The room was so comfortable and spotlessly clean, and the bed was the best sleep I had in ages. What really made the stay though was the staff, they were incredibly friendly and always happy to help with anything, from restaurant tips to directions around the city. A big thank you to Domingo from the guest experience team who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The location is very perfect too, close to the museums and loads of great little cafes just around the corner. The whole place has such a warm and welcoming atmosphere that you feel at home straight away. We already told our freinds they have to book here. We will definitely be coming back next time we are in Madrid, five stars all the way.
