Comfortable hotel

Comfortable hotel, well located with
Metro stop on the corner, breakfast 15 EUR per person. Only two small inconveniences that didn't ruin the experience: the central air conditioning doesn't cool enough. Even with 18ºC, the maximum it reached was 21.6ºC, but I didn't feel hot; and the second thing was the hotel's Wifi internet not picking up well on tower B. The reception gave us a portable internet to compensate, but even so the connection dropped at times.

The location of the hotel is great, close to center and museums.
The room was clean and comfortable. Cleaned everyday.
Stuff was friendly and speaking English well.

Comfortable hotel, very well located, with excellent service and a fabulous breakfast.

Excellent hotel in a prime location in the center of Madrid, with the main tourist attractions just a few steps away and several nearby metro stations, making it easy to get around the city.
I arrived at 5 in the morning and, thanks to a prior request, I was allowed to check in early at no additional cost. Without a doubt, the best part of the experience: a detail that makes a difference when one comes from a long trip.
The hotel is quiet, spotless, and modern. The breakfast deserves a separate mention: very varied, well presented, and with options for all tastes. Additionally, since it extends until 11, one can enjoy it calmly and almost turn it into a relaxed brunch before heading out to explore the city.

The hotel is not located in the most desirable area. Just one block away, there were numerous dumpsters that created an unpleasant odor. In addition, the breakfast area was extremely dirty, including the floors, tables, and chairs. I would recommend spending a little more for a better hotel chain, even if it means staying 10 minutes farther away, as the overall experience would likely be much better.

Quite expensive for what you get and further, for the price of the breakfast, the breakfast was disappointing.
