It's either us or the suitcases from how small, embarrassing! The window with opaque glass, radiator at 1000 non-autonomous, we never slept. They didn't do the daily cleaning because you have to hang out the request! Asked for at least two clean cups and there were no !

Rude, disrespectful and shameful staff. 3 days without even being able to take a shower.
So let's go to the sore notes...
We checked in around 11:30pm on February 13. The morning of the next day we realized that there was no hot water so we immediately reported it to the staff, who simply said that the problem was due to the fact that so many people at that time were using hot water (as if it were a valid justification). After a couple of hours the problem persisted so we reported it to the property once again via booking.com chat, without receiving any response. We waited until the evening, at which point we contacted Booking.com support, who also tried in vain, to get in touch with the property. The problem went on until the checkout took place on February 16 (it was not possible to take even a shower in 3 days) and the only response from the property came on the evening of February 15. That response was completely disrespectful and rude. The property replied that none of the other guests had experienced this problem so it was not their problem. They therefore called me a liar, without anyone from the structure had deigned, throughout our stay (3 nights) to waste 2 minutes to come and check. Shameful and rude.

Top position
The room is very small but equipped with air conditioning, minibar and coffee machine. There is almost everything in very little space. The bathroom is also very small but the shower cubicle is not bad. The room was quite clean, I can not say otherwise of the towels that were stained. Overall it is a great foothold if you just want to sleep in the heart of Madrid at an affordable price. Obviously the room does not have a balcony and there is the strict necessary to spend the night.
