One of the best in Madrid.

The location, the rooms, the breakfast, and the staff, everything is impeccable. Every time we go to Madrid we are very happy to be able to spend those days there, where we feel at home and you really have everything you need and more. The hotel runs very well under the management of Carlos, who is always very attentive and hospitable to us. They take care of every detail. The price-quality ratio is perfect. We wouldn't trade it for anything. The rooms are modern and the cleanliness is impeccable. Breakfast is included and is very extensive, of great quality and variety. The ideal location, close to everything you have to visit in Madrid and on one of the prettiest streets. The room service is very good, we only placed one order but it arrived quickly and in optimal condition. We always appreciate the warmth of all the staff toward our family every time we visit the city and we hope to be able to continue doing so always.

It was a great experience and highly recommended. Stayed for 2 nights, staffs were so friendly, accommodating and hospitable.

Clean eooms. Honestly the complimentary breakfast was the highlight for me. Definitely would return for that. Low light was having issues with the room key constantly not working and having to get it reprogrammed each day, quite annoying.

Great location. Staff were friendly, room was specious, lots of good options for breakfast. We loved our staying there when visiting Madrid.
