Hotel well located at Center Madrid with all facilities around (shops, restaurants, historic places, etc.). Everything a tourist can need is just few blocks from there. Very good personnel at reception/front office, well cleaned rooms. Room service and food on top! Stay was very friendly and satisfying. Only missed point is that there isn't real restaurant on ground floor.

Excellent location but with average facilities and services.
The biggest advantage is the location: the hotel is right in front of the Gran Via, with walking distance to major attractions, plus a lot of choices for shopping, grocery, etc. However, our bathroom has molds round the sink and shower floor. After complaining, we were offered to move to another room (with the view of Gran Via). Staff services are on average. One strange thing worth of mentioning: a few hours after we paid all costs/fees (including mini bar consumption) at the checkout, we noticed two attempts of charges (without our authorization) to our credit card but declined by my credit card company automatically.
For the price we paid, there are better options in the same area.

Beautiful hotel, centrally located. Hotel staff went out of the way to be hospitable and ensure we enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was also great with great service. Highly recommend!

This hotel is truly all about the experience—and it absolutely delivers. From the moment you arrive, everything feels elevated. The views overlooking the city center.
The location is perfect, just steps away from great shopping and everything you need. Breakfast was a true 5-star experience with a wide variety of high-quality options.
A beautiful stay from start to finish—I would definitely come back!

The Hyatt was incredible! The room was so beautiful and very well stocked. The room was very clean and really appreciate the layout and decorations. Truly an amazing experience
