Ibis a guarantee
The hotel is located in the centre of the city, very close to the Prado Museum, 10 minutes from the Plaza Mayor and many other points of interest. Also in the parallel of the hotel are all the nightclubs, so we had pretty much everything at hand. Despite being very central the hotel was comfortable and quiet in the evening.
Another plus point is the reception open 24 hours a day , and efficient in replying to e-mail , with immediate response!
All positive , even the breakfast always hearty and good , as always in the ibis hotel !
Large room, with shower and all amenities,

Very good overall.
I am always curious about how much priority smokers get. Hard luck if you don't want to smell cigarette smoke on your way in or out,not just the street outside but inside the main gate where there was a lounge area which we had to get through to enter thr hotel.

However, we believe there may have been some confusion, as our hotel is located in the centre of Madrid, not near the airport. In addition, we do not have our own restaurant, and smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property.
