Hotel superbo a Cortes
Soggiorno eccellente! La camera era immacolata. Il bagno era eccellente con una grande doccia spaziosa che aveva una grande cascata sopra e un spruzzatore portatile. Abbiamo chiamato per un ferro da stiro per una camicia e uno è stato consegnato in camera in meno di un minuto! Il personale amichevole e bilingue ha reso la comunicazione senza sforzo. Sicuramente tornerò se sarò di nuovo a Madrid

Cosa penso davvero
Ottimo e bellissimo hotel. Ottima posizione. Ottimo personale di camerieri, manutentori e receptionist. Prezzi eccessivamente alti per birra, vino, caffè, ecc. quando questi articoli dovrebbero avere lo stesso prezzo di altri caffè/bar vicini. Più musica dal vivo. Soprattutto musica locale dal vivo, non musica americana.

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno fantastico al Vincci Soho. La posizione è imbattibile, proprio nel cuore di Madrid e a pochi passi da tutto. Ciò che lo ha reso ancora migliore è stato il personale, tutti erano incredibilmente accoglienti e disponibili. Consiglio vivamente!
