Sister get away in Madrid!

From start to finish our experience was 10/10! It was my sister’s birthday during our stay and the hotel staff did a wonderful job. Laura your super star guest services assisted us most days and guided us where the best spots were and how best to get to them. She is a true gem to your brand. We have stayed in many hotels in London & across EU and she deserves a mention! What a lady! Location was perfect, the room was sensational & the pool was just right. Food / Drinks were pricey but you get what you pay for and they was very very good ☺️ We did venture out most evenings for meals and roof top bars but there’s plenty about and a Starbucks on the corner what’s a hit as we didn’t opt for B&B. I would highly recommend this hotel to any travellers, would say it’s more of an adults only mind you. Please don’t let me forget both young boys who were lifeguarding round the pool, they were both amazing and though out the afternoon checked up on us and made sure we had drinks by our side! Thank you for making our stay the BEST! Kerri x

Great all round choice

The location is excellent of this hotel, within walking distance of lots of must see places. The hotel itself is really well appointed and has similar vibes to Marina Bay Sands in Singapore.
The décor is modern and classy, the shower especially lovely and the bed was very comfortable. The toiletries are high end and generous takeaway sizes. Water was free throughout our stay.
The rooftop pool is so calm and a lovely place to spend a few hours.
We would absolutely rebook and visit Madrid again. Great city.

We loved our stay! The hotel staff were helpful and very friendly. The rooms were immaculate and the beds were so comfortable. We loved where it was located and made dining and seeing the sites easy. We'd highly recommend staying there!

My Sisters found the whole experience so relaxed but equally amazing and uplifting - the World Cup certainly boosted everything, but the Hotel was fantastic on all fronts.
