Terrible experience

Horrible!!!
The rooms are minimal, lack a sad television.
The bathroom is shared. Anyone can be surprised because they have a curtain!!!
Everyone in the world is noisy, there is a nightlife place right in front and next to the church and it was six o'clock and the voices and the fights were still going on.
We try to cancel the room and the phone does not exist for them.
Nefarious service.
The only thing that is respectable is the situation that is at the heart of it, the rest is appalling.
I wouldn't advise spending a night there for anyone.

Terrible service, sent to another hotel, over booked all rooms

We were looking forward to staying and booked specifically after reading guest reviews, we arrived at 1pm to be told that we could store our bags and return anything from 2pm, we returned and after quite a bit of messing around, we were informed that we were actually booked in their sister hotel, Picnic, this was very disappointing but we didn’t want to lose time in Malaga and so walked 17 minutes to Picnic hotel. We arrived there to be told we didn’t have a room at all and that Dulces dreams had been over booked via Booking . Com, we then had to spend over an hour speaking to booking . com, in the end had to pay £150 more because the city was all booked up as it was a Saturday night, it was a total disaster and Dulces dreams just palmed us off and sent us to a different hotel to avoid the issue, very unreliable, a hotel to avoid

Great choice of exceptional espresso and sweet centrifuges
Central location
Clean and very welcoming place
The girls very nice and helpful
We had breakfast and it was the best of our holiday

Bad service, they don't tell the truth.

My partner and I went to breakfast attracted by the terrace. When you ask to go upstairs, the waitresses tell you it's full. While my partner asked I decided to go upstairs to see the views and I find that there are only 2 couples eating breakfast. Practically empty. My partner tells her and they say they don't have trays to give us breakfast to go upstairs. Right down one of the couples and they drop their tray, they have no more excuses. As they prepare it for us, several customers ask again about the terrace and answer that it is full. DO NOT SELL A SERVICE PROMOTING THAT YOU CAN HAVE BREAKFAST ON THE TERRACE BY SOCIAL NETWORKS THAT YOU DO NOT GIVE LATER. It gives the feeling that the terrace is for guests staying in the tourist apartments they have or for influencers because the people on the terrace went to their rooms . We won't go again.
