Excellent apartment and perfect location

We had an excellent stay in Malaga at the Conde apartments. The communication in lead up was excellent and friendly. The apartment we had was in an excellent location and was very nice layout

This place was perfect for our stay in Malaga! The apartment was beautiful and very clean. It had heating, air con, a comfy bed, waterfall shower, a full kitchen and dining seating area & a sofa with a big TV. There was also a washing machine, iron and ironing board.
The location was perfect, everything was in walking distance. The harbour was around a 15-20 minute walk, the train station was a 20 minute walk & there were lots of local restaurants and shops nearby.
I couldn’t recommend this place enough, it was excellent value for money! The check in process was also great, using a keypad for the door is genius.

We had the duplex top floor apartment. It is faultless, everything is perfect. It is very well maintained and very very clean. It has all the amenities you would need and more. Fully equiped kitchen with a dishwasher, utilities like washing machine and ironing board.
The location is perfect, very quiet neighbourhood, still only 3 minutes to Plaza de la Merced and Picasso’s birth house.

Lots to do just 5 mins away. Grocrry stores & convenience stores really close by. Restaurants just at your door stop. Lovely quiet location
