Lousy.
We had one, reservation from August 12 to 15. The workers announced that they would arrive on the 13th to check, because they worked at night. And when they got there they wouldn't let them in, they had cancelled the Reservation because they didn't come in on the 12th. They were left on the street after working all night. We phoned and he treated us fatally.
