Lousy.
The hotel is not bad located and, once clean, is a simple but complete hotel. The problem is that this weekend I traveled with a group of 42 (older) people on a trip organized two months ago and from the hotel they did not warn that they were in the works. The result was that several of the rooms were not ready until late at night and some suffered flooding from freshly finished bathrooms.
This is to mention some of the details, because beds were missing, towels were missing, plugs were not working, power outages and reception staff do not know how to solve anything because they are employees of a franchise.
A complete disaster and not recommended at all, an absolute fraud because they also covered up lies saying that some of the rooms were still undone because some of the previous guests had left late.
Summary: a total disaster and zero resolution capacity.

If you get a room with outside view it can be a good one, but if you get an inside one (as me) it's like hell.

freezing!!!!
just returned from 2 night stay,agree with most comments.clean room,hot water(should be the norm) BUT room was absolutley freezing! asked at the reception about turning on the heating and was told i will have to wait until 4 pm! and when it did eventually come on we still had to sit there with extra clothing on..1 radiator in a large room feeble!! This part of spain,so i am told was experiencing a very unusual cold spell around -3degrees...the next night receptionist gave us a little electric heater which had the heat output of a couple of candles.no disrespect to the staff,but the whole experience was awful

Comfortable hotel but strangely absent staff
We turned up here on spec and were given a spacious, clean and comfortable room. The bed was great and there was lots of hot water - and a bathtub! The staff were friendly and helpful when they were there - and therein lies the problem. They were often not there, as they run the bar next door as well and they don't have enough staff. We kept our room key with us rather than leave it at the unstaffed reception. There is a very nice dog.

Barely average
This was an incredibly non-memorable hotel. It was clean enough, and provided us a horizontal surface for a quiet night's sleep, but lacked any sort of charm of character. The fellow at the desk, who was affable enough, was much more likely to be at the bar next door. Not expensive, but still overpriced for what it offered.
