Friendly staff, clean hotel, great breakfast and location.

We stayed at the hotel with another couple as we went to Murcia for a concert. The hotel is ideally located in the center of the city and only a short walk to our venue. We received a very warm greeting from the receptionists. Our room was very clean and the bed comfortable. Being in the center the views were city views, as in the building across the street, but we didn't choose it for the views. Buffet style breakfast with an excellent selection, a great selection of breads, fruits, cheeses, Spanish omelette as well as scrambled egg, sausage & bacon. Excellent coffee. Everything was carefully laid out and again, very clean. We speak Spanish so were able to watch News headlines, but our friends do not, so an English news channel on the tv would be appreciated by non-Spanish speaking guests. We had traveled by train to Murcia and it was a short taxi ride (8 euros) to the hotel. Same fare returning to the station. We wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

Spoilt by playing loud music in the room.

Great hotel for sightseeing in Murcia

Excellent hotel for sightseeing around Murcia. Only a few minutes from the Cathedral, very good cafes and shops. I'm a solo traveller but had a small double room which was well equipped with a coffee maker, kettle and small fridge with free water. The bathroom was spacious with plenty of toiletries, hairdryer and decent hair straighteners! My only gripe would be no English speaking chanel on the TV. I also had a balcony which caught the morning sun. I was very happy with the breakfast - fruits, yoghurt, bread, pastries etc.

Very stylish hotel. Staff efficient and helpful. Breakfast was good, lots of choice. Cannot comment on the parking situation as arrived by train and taxi. Position of hotel was excellent right by the cathedral and within easy walking distance of some lovely restaurants and bars. The room had a huge very comfortable bed and a beautiful shower room. All in all it was a very enjoyable place to stay, we would certainly stay there again.

Newer hotel. We had a balcony and it was lovely. Close to everything, metro, beach, shopping, restaurants. Staff was friendly and helpful. I asked for two more pillows and they were in my room after breakfast. Very nice. Breakfast was good. Internet was spotty and horrible. You could do laundry which was a plus. Must improve that in the room. Only complaint was that.
