Like in a story
Already just for the experience of staying in a castle is worth it (the rooms are a fantasy) but it is also eaten super well! The staff is lovely they treated me great. It is a perfect place to relax and unwind.

Poor performance on reservations.
In August I made a reservation for October. I had been to that hotel six years ago and the experience was great. But this time, for family reasons, I had to cancel it; but the website (Lordship of Olmillos) where I had made the reservation, did not allow me. I called the establishment on three occasions without having my cancellation fixed, I sent them through their contacts a request to cancel it... and if you want. Today, September 5th I consult the website and they have not cancelled my reservation yet. They haven't answered me by mail or phone either. It seems to me to be bad practice on the part of the Enterprise and I hope that even if they keep the reserve active, they will not think of charging me. If you are thinking about making a reservation, think carefully before and know that, if any unforeseen events occur, you will not be canceled in any way.

Gas station Repsol de Olmillos 29 km from Burgos, clean, fast and next to the highway, the best of many, the point to return, the coffee warm and rich, you can buy cheeses and employees are efficient and fast, it is difficult to find places like this to stop

Wonderful chance
We ended up in Olmillos de Sasamòn by chance and certainly could not be a better place to stop for lunch. We have tried their weekend menu, all very good and good portions. The lovely, friendly and very professional staff have had a wonderful detail letting us eat inside the castle and letting us climb into the battlements with our pet. It has certainly been a plus to our weekend. Thank you.

Excellent
Top-rated hotel I've ever been to. It is a tastefully restored castle. The room was large and bed well comfortable. The best treatment of your employees, and dinner and breakfast on 10. Cleaning 10. The wifi is only caught in the dining area, and salon, does not reach the rooms because of the thickness of the walls, although I think... a repeater would do good to fix that problem. The bathroom very complete. It is recommended 100%.
