My opinion
We arrived at 8:30 in the morning, and at the reception, they did not offer us the option to have breakfast, even though there was an all-inclusive bar open. In the end, we had to have breakfast outside the hotel. Additionally, we were not informed that it was necessary to leave a deposit for the glasses, which limited our access to consume at the pool. Since we did not yet have a room assigned and had the money in our luggage, we could not obtain a glass to consume.
Another negative aspect is the organization of the buffet. The food has little variety, especially in the meals, which we found quite lacking. We also noticed that you have to indicate in advance the time you will be eating, something we had not seen in other hotels.
At dinner, we chose the 10:00 PM slot, but upon arrival, we were informed that the buffet closed at 10:30 PM, which left us very little time to have a relaxed dinner. Furthermore, at no point were we informed of this limitation at the reception.
On a positive note, it should be mentioned that breakfast and dinner are of better quality than lunch.
In general, the organization and customer information could improve significantly, as the experience has not met expectations.
