Nice visit

We arrived in Ourense without any reservation and were happy find this hotel had a room available. It's a bit in the outskirts but we were able to easily walk to the historic area in 20 minutes. The front desk was extremely polite and helpful. Our room was fine, it was clean and quiet at night. There was excellent wifi reception and free parking in the back.
We would stay here again without a doubt.

Very bad, all very deteriorated

Horribleeeee... not recommended, Very bad experience all very deteriorated, very bad service and very bad care, the food all greasy in short to tell more, I would not recommend it in any way to anyone, I have traveled many countries and many cities and never seen.

Terrible place

The shower curtain full of dirt, the chair dirty, red curtains. The whole room was carpeted and under the table as if the dirt had been swept and put there. The receptionist's treatment also leaves a lot to be desired. We have only stayed one night and I would rather sleep in the car than repeat there.

Panic rooms.

Horrible, a nightmare, everything dirty, broken, only 5 parking spaces, far from the city center, in deplorable conditions.
........................................
It is shameful and shameful to charge for rooms in such horrible conditions.

Nice hotel

Very helpful front desk, good internet, clean, comfortable room. Bus stop and taxi stand right outside will get you anywhere in the city. Decent restaurant on premises, and several more across the street. About a 15 minute walk to the Cathedral.
