The Hotel Casa Roman..........very well located, close to the beach, the pier and where there is more atmosphere of Sanxenxo.........The staff of the Hotel Casa Roman are very nice and helpful.......

Very poor food.
Poor character of the reception staff.
We requested the complaint form and they gave us a blank sheet.
Small rooms
Beds with broken spring mattresses.
Lack of cleanliness in the restrooms. Black stains in the bathtub.
Very dangerous bathtubs, without non-slip flooring.

Rich food, although a little expensive value for money. I recommend trying the destroyed tortilla and mini burguers. It was all very tasty, although as I say, the rations a little scarce.
The location is perfect, a few meters from the beach and marina.
Service from the staff very good. We were attended by a boy who looked English, worried that everything would go well.
For the area and the season we are in, you can give it a remarkable.

Hotel very well located, great areas and clean, I just don't give it 5☆ because it lacks a few basic things, but other than that price-quality is very good. It was a great experience, next time we have to come in the summer and enjoy the beaches.

Impossible to rest
Impossible to rest.
The hotel is poorly insulated, and you hear noises from the street, from the next room and even from the elevator. Three whole nights without sleep.
We left a day early (losing the money for the last night) and not a single sorry from the hotel.
