Loved this place !!

Stayed for 3 nights loved the central location surrounded by quirky bars and coffee shops loads of high end tapas around ! Clean rooms in a converted old building great friendly staff would go back in a heart beat !!

Central location for everything palma has to offer.

We love these apartments. The location is amazing and really central for great food and drinks in Palma. The shops and main transport terminus are a quick walk away. The staff are very friendly too. The apartments have all you could need to cook meals for yourself with the beautiful local produce bought from mercat olivar only a five minute walk away. The cathedral is also a short walk and make sure to visit the nuns at santa clara for their biscuits. Pizza gogo round the corner is good and the squares surrounding the apartments have loads of good food and drinks options if you dont want to cook or wander too far. Or get an apartment with a balcony and watch the world go by.

Fantastic in every way

Booked a last minute night at Fil Suites last weekend and have nothing but good things to say.
The service is fantastic. I spoke with a lovely lady (unfortunately didn’t catch her name) who booked the room for us and kindly allowed us to bring our son included in the 2 person price.
We had a bit of a stressful arrival and she was so calm and kind, giving me time to get things sorted before completing check in.
The room was spectacular, so beautiful and clean with a large, very comfortable bed and outdoor seating area. Definitely the nicest hotel room we have ever stayed in.
All the staff we encountered were friendly, accommodating and spoke excellent English. The gentleman on reception recommended an excellent burger restaurant a stones throw from the hotel and booked our taxi to the airport with no trouble.
The colouring packs for our son were a really nice touch.
We will 100% be returning and hopefully for longer than 1 night.

Very well maintained suite in a great location. Tasteful decor. Overlooking a plaza, close to the cathedral and lots of great restaurants nearby

Huge room, very comfortable. Perfect location. Matthias was unbelievably helpful. Parking very convenient. Loved staying there.
