Beautiful experience in Cala Rajada
Courteous staff in every role from room cleaning to the front desk and maximum availability. Very kind in the dining room with the service as well.
Varied breakfast and dinner. Lunch is more limited due to the presence of only Italians.
Guests are mainly of German and Italian nationality.
Street parking space and convenient car rental at the hotel.
Excellent experience and good services.
Soft evening entertainment, little Italian and more international.
Excellent experience to be repeated.

Very bad business style
I had a written confirmation by email from Mr Gülpen that I would get a double room with a balcony (according to the description, all rooms have a balcony) for sole use.
I got a single room without a balcony, just a mini bathroom window. The glass entrance door to the outside corridor was basically the window.
We actually wanted to arrive with several people, but it broke and there were only two of us. In any case, my booking was fixed and confirmed and I hadn't received any further emails.
On the day of arrival, at around 8.30 p.m., I was shocked when I wanted to enter the room. When I complained by phone (unfortunately the lady at the reception didn't speak a word of English), after various attempts at justification, the boss actually told me "if I didn't understand, he would kindly give me my money back and I could look for another room." And that on a Monday evening at 9 p.m. To say the least, it's a disgrace and the approach is more than dubious!!! Passing your own mistakes in price calculation onto the guest is very bad form.
The rooms on the top floor from number 16 onwards do NOTHING like the great photos on the website and all have no balcony or window!!!
The hostel is actually in a great location, if a hotel next door isn't being completely renovated (probably until July). So breakfast outside isn't really an option.
The breakfast itself was more plentiful than expected and the cleaning service was also very clean. I would just suggest not putting the duvet on the floor.
