Excellent apartment hotel with a personal touch

We have been returning to Ponent Mar Aparthotel for many years, and it continues to exceed our expectations. Having the option of staying in a spacious apartment gives us the flexibility we value as a family, while still enjoying all the services of a great hotel.
The location is simply outstanding, with beautiful sea views and easy access to everything you need. The hotel is always well maintained, and the atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming.
What makes this place truly special is the staff. Whether you stay on a apartment/room-only basis or choose half board, you are always met with genuine friendliness and excellent service. Many of the same team members have been here for years, they remember returning guests, and you quickly feel more like a familiar face than just another visitor. That personal relationship means a lot to us.
We can wholeheartedly recommend Ponent Mar Aparthotel and look forward to returning again and again.

An unbeatable place.

We have been enjoying this aparthotel for 4 years and we do not want to change it for any other. We like everything—the location and tranquility of the site, the facilities, the staff's attention, the cleanliness, and much more.

Beautiful, Modern and Spotless

I stayed for a week room only, with 2 friends. I was fully aware when I booked that this was a family friendly aparthotel. The cleanliness, service and all amenities were first class. The was fresh, clean and modern, with an exceptionally clean bathroom, with every you need supplied. Room was cleaned every day, with fresh towels. I stayed in a room which sleeps 2, my friends were swapping over, I requested the bed was changed and this was not a problem. Pool/beach towels are free and can be changed as often as required. We ate one night in the main restaurant, Thai night, and the food was beautiful. The bar staff and reception staff I found to be very pleasant and helpful. The adults only area on the top floor was perfect for us, with the most spectacular views. The pool area is cleaned every evening with the most comfortable loungers. The location is perfect and at the much cleaner and more high end part of Palma Nova, with a great choice of restaurants, bars and supermarkets all within a few minutes of walking. As well as the most beautiful beach a couple of minutes walk away. We stayed in room 417 which was lovely, the only slight issue was you could hear some noise from the main restaurant which was adjacent to the room, but it DID NOT put us off, and wouldn't put me off going back to Ponet Mar. This is definitely a 4 star plus aparthotel and I would highly recommend it. We had a late evening departure flight, our luggage was stored and we were able to use the hotel for the day, and to top it off, we had full use of the shower/spa facilities before leaving. Ponet Mar is fabulous and is 10/10.
