A hotel embarrassment where you can't even shower!

A disgrace!!! Tired and wanting to get to the hotel to take a shower and I stay half because hot water comes out at first but before I can even catch the gel it starts to come out cold. Waiting and waiting and nothing. My boyfriend goes down to reception and they tell him they have a hot water tank for the whole hotel and it will be over!!! Seriously??? I don't give credit!!!

The worst hotel we've ever slept in. We're not coming back.

Unfortunate experience. Very expensive for the amenities and services provided. We feel conned. When we arrived, one of the two reserved rooms was occupied and they improvised a solution. And this was an indoor room, with no outside view and a simple skylight, which barely allowed ventilation. The funny thing was that we paid the same invoice we had arranged when making the Reservation.

A bad experience

Our arrival at the hotel: one of the reserved rooms was occupied, the solution was to give us a low roof, a window on the roof, no views, small room, with difficult ventilation and unbearable heat, sleeping there was impossible.
The worst hotel I've ever been to, excessive price for the type of rooms and services they provide.
We're not coming back.
