Highly recommended

Excellent staff, very attentive and with many details. The location is perfect, overlooking the port, and the breakfast very rich with fresh pastries. All very clean and very comfortable beds.
We are very grateful for the attention received.

Best accommodation in Plencia and surroundings for sure

We were told that it was the best in the area, and we were certainly not dissapointed.
Firstly location was fantastic. Our room (106) had the greatest views to the port, big size room, it was spotless, and quiet.
Food was truly amazing, it is considered the best place for it in the area. The ambience was lovely - you can either eat outside on the terrace or inside in the conservatory style dining room, if weather allows!
There is also a small library room/chill out area where you can enjoy a glass of red with your favourite book.
Staff were lovely, very helpful and worth mentioning this is an english friendly hotel, which is a great asset as most places will be spanish only.
Big thank you to Natalia, General Manager, who made our weekend so very special special.
We will definetely be back!

Friendly with excellent location

The hotel is well maintained and the staff are extremely friendly. I would stay again if I come back. Nice breakfast and wonderful outdoor seats. Room is clean and modernized.
Some family members visited and joined me for breakfast and staff insisted that we don’t pay and that they are their guests. What a great attitude !! Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Is this the best value fixed price lunch in the Basque region?

My friend and I were recommended to take the tube from Bilbao to Plentzia for a day out and we stumbled across this restaurant as the second one en route into the town. What a find! 3 delicious courses including water and a glass of wine for 12 euros - the ambience was lovely - either eating outside on the terrace or inside in the conservatory style dining room; lovely, friendly staff, great food - best value lunch ever!

Very good cozy hotel

This hotel is very well located (just in front of the port) and you can go by walk to visit the village. The people are very nice and the rooms are clean. If I go back to Plentzia i will visit again this hotel!
