Everything very good value for money

Room furniture is old but functional. One-bedroom apartment with a sofa bed in the living room for 2 people (trundle style), 2 beds in the bedroom, 2 built-in closets, kitchen with microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, sink, and two electric cooking zones. Very large terrace with a clothesline, table, and 2 chairs.

Deceptive terms when booking with weekendesk, the hotel is aware and allows it. Both make more profit.

The hotel allows booking through different platforms in addition to its website. Specifically with weekendesk. Misleading advertising and ambiguous terms that translate upon arrival into supplements for the user to pay at the hotel. The hotel itself is aware and allows it. Also, the hotel is old and neglected, the food is of fair quality, and the pool's cleanliness needs improvement....

The apartment hotel is good except for the buffet and entertainment.

The apartment hotel is fine and clean with views of the beach and pool, the buffet is poor and repetitive for the number of people there, the entertainment is terrible, there is hardly anything worth mentioning except for the show by the magician Alejandro, there is not even music by the pool compared to other hotels in the area, but I must highlight the waiters at the bar LA CHALUPA, especially ELENA, a charming and wonderful girl who is attentive at all times and is super friendly.

Disappointing

The hotel was quite bad... one of the worst we have stayed at in Roquetas... the food was quite good but the rest leaves much to be desired... starting with the receptionist who was quite rude... the entertainment was poor and scarce... animators with little desire to work, nothing for children (on weekends, other hotels in the area do have) and what is available at night... better to go to sleep because what a plan... bad, boring, and the animators... ufff
We will not return; there are better hotels in the area... it leaves much to be desired

We had a lovely stay here, rooms were spacious and there was a decent breakfast offering though the selection decreased following the Easter period. During the peak period there was significant noise in the atrium and then by the pool bar during the night, given this I would probably only return during the low season or ask for a room off the main atrium.
