Amazing
This was our first visit to the hotel and it exceeded our expectations. The rooms, staff, food, amenities and children's entertainment were amazing! Our granddaughter did not want to come home. We will definitely be returning. Thank you to each and every member of staff for being so helpful and friendly.

Pool area floor disgusting and never saw anyone clean it. Sweets stuck to the floor in the same place all week. Hairs everywhere. Feet filthy.
Room size great for family.
Evening meal food nice but breakfast chea and poor.
Room was very expensive a night and our view was the dustbins. Every night for 1.5 hours between 12 am dustbin truck and dustbin truck came to loudly remove the waste. Asked to move rooms but hotel full yet staff said they knew about it.
Entertainment on an eve the worst we have seen. Very poor.
Room size great for family.

10 Wonderful Visits and Already Looking Forward to Number 11!
We have just returned home from our 10th stay at H10 Mediterranean Village, and once again it was absolutely fantastic.
We were first recommended this hotel over 10 years ago and were so impressed after our first visit that we have returned year after year. The fact that we've already booked for next summer says everything about how much we love this place.
The hotel offers excellent facilities, fantastic food, and outstanding service throughout. Every member of staff works incredibly hard to make guests feel welcome and ensure they have the best possible holiday.
A special mention goes to Kevin from the bar team, who was exceptional throughout our stay. He was always friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond for guests. His positive attitude and dedication really made a difference to our holiday.
We would also like to thank Niko and the animation team. The entertainment was brilliant from morning until night and was one of the highlights of our stay. Niko's energy and enthusiasm created a fantastic atmosphere, and the whole team worked tirelessly to make every day enjoyable and memorable.
Thank you to everyone at H10 Mediterranean Village for another wonderful holiday. We can't wait to return next year for our 11th visit and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a fantastic family holiday.

Fantastic hotel for young families
We stayed here as a family of 5, along with my sister's family of 3, and our parents. I can honestly say that the hotel was absolutely perfect for us. The facilities for children are superb, and there wasn't a single moan of 'I'm bored' (all children were 6 and under). The breakfast and dinner were absolutely superb, so much choice and something for everyone. We have been to many all inclusive hotels, and have always gone out for a dinner at least once to mix it up, here there was no need, it was the first ever time we haven't gone out for dinner.
The bus outside the hotel goes to PortAventura, and Salou main town, so it really is perfectly located. We preferred staying in Cap Salou rather than main Salou, there are some stunning beaches located near by.
We ended up spending quite a lot on drinks, so if the hotel did every offer an all inclusive option, this would probably be better for us as a family. However puting money on your wristbands, make it so easy to buy for drinks, ice creams etc. It can even be used on the onsite supermarket.
All in all this is a brilliant hotel for young kids, ignore any bad reviews and get booking, you won't regret it!

Brilliant
Stayed here in an apartment with my husband and two children (12 and 9). Lovely and clean, lobby smells amazing! Great location if you want to go to the theme park and do the other activities around Salou without staying in the main town itself which is really busy, cap Salou is lovely and quiet. Snack bar sell amazing chips and baguettes. The animation team always have fun going around the pool you can join in as much or as little as you like. Will hopefully be going back next year!
