Beautiful
We booked last minute for 3 nights, first time in Sanlucar.
We found free parking near the beach, about a 10 minute walk away. Great parking but beware of the fake parking attendants trying to take money from unsuspecting visitors.
The apartments are in a perfect location right in the heart of the old town.
Absolutely stunning building, beautiful, modern, new and spotlessly clean throughout. Everything you could need.
It is hard to believe that they are only 2 star.
The roof top pool area was amazing. A lift to the top.
Very secure, no card that can be lost, just codes for the gate and doors.
10 minute walk and there is a big supermarket and plenty of places to eat and drink all around.
Customer service was outstanding.
100% this is where we will stay the next time we visit Sanlucar.

Surprise and absolute success. The best choice.
A total success for everything, for the location, fantastic next to the Plaza del Cabildo, a few minutes from the Barrio Alto and a few minutes from the promenade... For the beauty of the building, for the care and exquisite taste of its apartments, for its impeccable cleanliness, for its details and comforts... And, also, Rocío's attention and professionalism... We are very grateful for making this getaway a luxury, an indelible memory and we hope, sooner rather than later, REPEATABLE ...

Simply the best!
From every perspective, this must be the best accommodation in Sanlucar de Barrameda. The location is perfect for both the centre of town and beautiful beachfront with its many bars and restaurants. The apartment building is beautiful both inside and out and the apartments themselves are spotlessly clean. Wouldn’t consider staying anywhere else.

A 10 in everything, location in the center, cleanliness, design, decoration, comfort. Attention. Facilities.

Spectacular site. Horrible telephone customer service
The hotel is beautiful, recently renovated, everything new, no detail is lacking and decorated with great taste. We would repeat if it weren't for the bad experience of the lady who answers the phone. We called because after waiting several hours we did not receive the reservation confirmation email. The lady began to speak to us in an inappropriate tone saying that there was no reception and that it was her private cell phone that she had children and that it was not the time to call (9pm at night, contact phone number of a hotel that appears on Google and on its website ), we told him that we did not have to know that information, that we were just clients calling a hotel to inquire about a reservation...
It is a real shame that the management of such a beautiful place, so well located and where you can see that every last detail has been taken care of, is in the hands of a person with so little education.
