Beautiful hotel and wonderful staff
The room was impeccably clean and smelled lovely. The only downside was not having a balcony to sit on to enjoy the warm night's.
The staff were wonderful and went out of their way to help wherever possible. I would like to give a special thankyou to David and Michela who made us feel very welcome and helped us with directions and highlights of Barcelona.
We used the metro to get into the city which was an 8 minite walk from the hotel and if you are staying for 2 days or more the Hola Barcelona card is a must for your travels which you can purchase from the hotel.
The Breakfast was also wonderful and a very pleasant experience and catered for all.
All in all I have no negatives about our 3 night stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who is staying for holiday or business needs.

Good hotel. I recommend it!
The hotel was very clean and well-maintained, and the buffet breakfast was exquisite, with a great variety of food that changed every day. Without a doubt, I will return.

A modern, functional hotel with very high standards. Excellent option if you do not necessarily need to be in the historic center.
The best part: Brand new and modern facilities (opened in 2024), impeccable rooms with very comfortable beds and excellent soundproofing. The rooftop pool and the gym are top-notch.
Location: It is in Sant Feliu de Llobregat (across from the Joan Gamper Sports City). Very convenient for going to the airport (15 min) or avoiding the hustle and bustle, but about 30-40 minutes from the center of Barcelona by public transport.
Gastronomy: Varied buffet breakfast and a restaurant with Mediterranean cuisine.

Family Holiday Ruined by Luggage Thef
At no point were we warned that this was a high-risk area for theft or advised not to leave our luggage in the car parked outside the hotel. Had we been informed, we would have taken extra precautions.
All of our belongings were stolen, which completely ruined our family holiday. Most upsetting of all, our child had to witness the aftermath of the theft and was left frightened and distressed by the experience.
We understand that the hotel cannot control criminal acts, but we do believe that guests should be made aware of known security risks so they can take appropriate measures to protect themselves and their belongings.

Good location and staff – but not a 4-star stay
The hotel is modern, beautifully decorated and has a pleasant atmosphere. The staff deserves great praise – they were always smiling, friendly and helpful, and they did their best to give us a good experience.
Unfortunately there were several things that made the stay not live up to our expectations.
The main problem was the very poor sound insulation. We could hear almost everything from the neighboring rooms – calls, TV, doors and other sounds. This meant that we slept badly during a large part of our vacation and it was very frustrating on a 14-day stay.
The cleaning of the room was unfortunately not satisfactory either. Although it was cleaned every day, the vacuum was not cleaned properly and there was dust in several places in the room.
The ventilation also did not work optimally. Several nights it stopped suddenly, making the room warm and uncomfortable to sleep in.
Breakfast was acceptable but could be improved. The mirrors were almost always cold, the omelettes were cold, tasteless and boring, and the bean dish did not fall in our taste.
The pool area is nice and welcoming, but it is too small for the size of the hotel. Therefore, there quickly became a lot of guests, and the area often seemed messy.
We stayed two adults and a child of 10 years in the room, and it was simply too small for a stay of 14 days. There was very little space for both luggage and to move around.
All in all, the hotel has many good qualities with its modern design, cosy atmosphere and fantastic staff. But the lack of sound insulation, the inadequate cleaning, the problems with ventilation, the limited space in the room and the mediocre breakfast sadly reduced the experience significantly.
We also saw that some young guests smoked hash at the pool area while children were present. That we thought was very inappropriate and uncomfortable, especially because the pool is a common area for families. The hotel should be more aware of this and respond clearly when it happens.
We hope the hotel will take this feedback to itself, because with improvements in these areas it has the potential to become a really good place to stay.
