Fantastic
Fantastic facilities. He's not lacking in detail. All very comfortable, new and clean.
Spectacular staff and always attentive and friendly.
Don’t stop eating and/or dining in his restaurant.
Swimming pools, paddle tennis, Ping Pong and a golf course right next door.
It breathes calm and calm.

Unacceptable & Threatening Experience — Stay Away
Do not stay at this hotel. What started as a minor issue escalated into verbal abuse, aggressive behavior, and physical intimidation by the host/manager, nicknamed "Pepe."
After my first night, I complained to the host about bathroom noise coming from the adjacent room. Instead of trying to find a solution, he immediately became hostile, aggressive, and refused to help. Because of his behavior, I decided to check out early, staying only one night instead of my planned three-night reservation.
Before leaving, I requested the official Catalan complaint form (Hoja de Reclamaciones). I filled it out and asked for the mandatory hotel stamp. The host explicitly refused to stamp it, became extremely aggressive again. He then issued a direct threat, telling me to "be careful."
As I left the premises, he followed me outside with a very menacing attitude. I went directly to the local police station to report the intimidation and get my complaint properly processed.
Thanks to the assistance of the local police officer and a city employee, my official complaint was properly stamped and submitted.
Looking back at Spanish TripAdvisor reviews for this property, I noticed I am not the only guest to experience this. Similar incidents involving hostile conduct and aggressive reactions from "Pepe" have already been reported by other Spanish-speaking travelers. This is clearly a repeated pattern of hostility towards guest.
If you ever find yourself facing this kind of behavior, do not let yourself be intimidated. Stand your ground, document everything, demand your Hoja de Reclamaciones, and involve the local police to file an official report if needed.

At home in Mas Torrellas
I have been coming to Mas Torrellas for over 30 years it is a haven of peace and it feels like coming home every time. The rooms in the new and old area are always spotless and the staff are very helpful. The restaurant may look a bit eighties but that is immediately irrelevant when you are served your food both meat and fish have no equal and for the vegetarians among us there is a beautiful golf course where they can feast on all kinds of grasses and weeds. Highly recommended

The Village hotel is fantastic, we have already come at least four times in summer, and also in spring. All bungalows have a very quiet terrace, and views of the Sierra de Les Gabarres.
The P&P is very well looked after, with a very wide and long driving range. It's played at ease. They also have padel courts.
The restaurant offers quality food, and breakfast is very complete.
The service is very good, almost family friendly, Pepe always tries to make the stay of all guests unforgettable.

4 stars Sup. very badly managed
On the positive side I would highlight:
- Facilities in general: you can spend a few days with the family, without having to move outside.
- Rooms Village Zone, modern, with mini fridge, very spacious bathroom, private terrace with clothesline.
Swimming pool: It has 2 swimming pools, there is no children's pool, but there are different levels, one of them with a small jacuzzi.
- Free pool towel service.
As a negative☹️ :
- Very uncomfortable hammocks, the fabric needs to be renewed because the back suffers quickly.
- Breakfast of VERY poor quality and 0 variety, all industrial pastries in bags, nothing homemade. Normal and rye bread, and muffins, which pass from table to table, and what is left over, pass into a basket before your eyes, which are the same for lunch and dinner. Very green fruit, which also cannot be eaten (pear, apples, Paraguayans and plums every day). Very basic and cheap sausage, Cereals, some chocolate and muesli, that's it. Coffee machine to be improved too, of course. A 4-star hotel Sup. would have to offer a much more complete, varied, quality, HEALTHY breakfast and take care of the presentation. Leave the bread on the table with the packaging bag unremoved, you should add cut seasonal fruit suitable to eat. Expand variety of cereals and put them in some suitable container, not open packages and that each put the spoon as it can and endless details that the Owner would have to analyze, to be up to the level of a hotel of said category.
- At breakfast you can also not choose the table where to sit, despite not being reserved for any reason.
- SPA closed since 2020, a service that continues to be highlighted on its website.
- In the room they do not have, the sign "do not disturb", and although you lock, they can enter at any time to clean your room without warning.
- One of the pools, despite having a very considerable size, with area of trees that give quite a lot of shade, needs to take much more care of some aspects, much mold accumulated in area stairs, and area of hammocks in trees quite neglected.
