I thought this hotel was great. A really good price for 2 nights. Large very clean room. Staff were all very nice. Location right by bus and train stations, walkable to all the main tourist sites. All you can eat buffet breakfast for 10 euros was also very good.

I enjoyed the spacious room, clean , fantastic front desk staff, the ability to have them keep my luggage after checkout while I check Santander further. Price was hard to beat and onsite breakfast was also well priced with ample amount of choices

Fantastic both for the staff, facilities and its location near the main places like ayto, Booty.

Fantastic, I went with my partner to spend a weekend and we looked for a hotel near the train station and places like city hall, Botín Foundation that were accessible.
We met when we entered a receptionist, Laura Cabeza, very friendly who solved all our doubts, a charm of girl. Also other staff as the exquisite breakfasts given by Desi, the facilities, The room to be a 2 star hotel very good value for money. We will definitely repeat very soon , as our stay was very pleasant.

A HORROR

A horror, the room was very dirty, hair on the sheets. Bathroom of real shame, encrusted dirt. The worst decision of my life and on top of that, after seeing this, we had to leave and they won't give us our money back.

Holidays in Santander

We risked, booking 2*, there were negative reviews... But we were lucky, everything was super! Excellent location of the hotel 3 minutes from the seafront, in a quiet alley. Large room, huge bed, white linen, delicious breakfast complete with good coffee, friendly staff (special thanks to the restaurant employee Elena). With the background of a 3* hotel in Bilbao (where everything was much more modest and expensive) so all good!!!
Thank you so much everyone!
p.s. : of the deficiencies - is the noise of the repair during the day and the door in the bathroom, which was barely closed.
