Small but right in the center

I went as a pilgrim and chose this room to finish the French way. The room is very small but comfortable. Private bathroom outside the room is also small. The small size is bearable since it is right in the center, two minutes from the cathedral and in the heart of the area. Ideal and inexpensive

Awful! The worst!

I had a terrible experience at this hotel for a bedbug infestation!
I stayed last night and woke up covered in stings all over my body: face, neck, back, arms, fingers, legs... a nightmare! Bed bug bites are not only annoying, they are an assault on physical and emotional health. I have never felt so invaded and vulnerable sleeping in a place that should offer safety and rest.
The fact that there has been such a serious infestation speaks to a total lack of hygiene and maintenance. Now I have to deal with the pain, the itching, the risk of bringing these insects into my home and the emotional stress of having lived through this situation.
This hotel should be inspected immediately.
I demand that they take responsibility for what happened and take urgent action to prevent others from going through the same thing.
I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone until they solve this very serious problem.

Economic, minimal and clean pension for all life

Great place to spend a few days in Santiago for a very modest price and with the essentials. Come on, a pension like a lifetime. Those looking for luxuries will have to pay for them in a hotel, but in this pension you have a single room (not one of those hostels where you have to share a room) with a bed in which you can sleep without going cold, a bathroom with clean shower, and with gel and towel.
Having a washbasin soap bar so you don't have to pick up the big pot of bath gel every time wouldn't be bad, or a separate hand towel, but you don't die from it. WiFi sometimes malfunctioned quite badly, who knows if others staying at the hotel would be downloading series... but what was said. As for the staff, very family friendly and discreet at the same time.
And overall, everything looked very clean.

Awful bed bugs

This was the worse place we stayed through out our 12 days on the Camino. The reception area was smelly. The room
Itself did not look too bad. The bathroom you couldn’t swing a cat in. Later that night their was loads of noise in and out of the building till
All hours. but to cap the whole thing off, I got eaten alive by bed bugs in the middle
Of the night and had to
Sleep on the floor for
The rest
Of the night . My advice spend a little
More money and get your self a better place to stay.

Nightmare

Horrible; intense infection of bedbugs; more than 30 bites the next day; in the early morning, the bugs galloped on the sheets! Given their size, they've been there for a long time.
Good hearing. This is irresponsibility and disrespect
